John Squire and Ryan knocked it out of the park. These guys are super friendly and easy to work with. I felt they were very honest and upfront about everything. They were also very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and again, very delightful people to work with. I had no intentions of buying a vehicle but Mr. Squire called me at the right time as I had been thinking about getting a larger truck to tow heavy equipment. He knew exactly what I needed and help me find it. Ryan was excellent at closing the deal. His negotiation skills are top notch. He also worked with me and the leadership of your group to get to a "number" I could afford. I wished more sales people were like these guys. The management and finance team were very reasonable to work with and very friendly. I forgot the finance individual's name but they took the time to explain all the extras. I unfortunately had a vehicle stolen in the past and didn't see much value added with the additional coverages. I did manage to get the dent and ding coverage after a great sales pitch by your person. All in all, great experience and as this is my 4th vehicle purchased from your dealership, I hope to see you guys again!

Jamie (my sales rep.) receives 5 stars! She did well. However, the General Manager's rule about "not allowing any Corvettes to be test driven" is detrimental to Bayway's Sales. If I had not test driven the same model (drivetrain) at the Dickinson dealer the day before and heard the rev on Bayway's showroom floor to compare, I would have bought elsewhere! Insured Texas driver's are covered when they drive anything of the same class license (leased, rentals, loaners, borrowed, test drives, etc.).

After 5 months of getting my truck my 2018 Colorado Z71 started having torque converter issues and I found out that it did have a TSB 18-NA-355 on this issue and the dealership failed to address the issue or even ask to fix the issue

Great overall experience! The team at the dealership was friendly, easygoing, and very understanding throughout the process. They made everything smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciated their customer service (s/o to Raquel Mata). The only downside was that after spending about 2–3 hours finalizing everything, I was told the car I’d be receiving wouldn’t include a specific program I had originally wanted. At that point, I was just ready to wrap things up and go. Other than that, everyone I dealt with was great, and I’m happy with the overall experience.

The gentleman that greeted me when I arrived was very friendly. I came in for an oil and a tire rotation. Once he found out that my coupon had expired he came and talked to me and I explained to him that I have low mileage on that vehicle because I have been working from home since Covid therefore we don’t drive it as much he said I will take care of it. I just have to make a phone call. Before you know it, he came back and said it’s been taken care of. You will not have to pay for your oil change or tire rotation the fact that he went above and beyond says a lot about him..

Jaime McKinley reached out to me before I even stepped foot on the property. Steven had seen that I was looking at 2026 Chevy Equinox’s online, called me, and then gave Jaime my information. When we got to Bayway, she already had a car pulled up so I can see and test drive it. She asked about financing and I said that my bank had already cleared a loan at 5.5%. She asked if I’d allow Bayway to see if they could beat it. I said yes and they did. Then we moved on to the paperwork. The Finance Manager who explained warranty’s and had me sign paperwork was also great. I feel bad that I don’t remember his name. He had a great sense of humor, was very professional, and thoroughly explained everything. It was past closing and he didn’t rush. I have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past, all Chevy’s. Jaime, by far, made this the easiest, stress free experience. She is also friendly and very professional. I will recommend her and Bayway to anyone that asks.

I got to the dealership early about 30 minutes before my appointment. I pulled in to the service bay and was greeted by a gentleman that asked me what they could do for me. I let him know I was there for an oil change. He said for me to go inside and he would get my truck in line. I was greeted inside, told me where the coffee was and I had a seat in the comfortable waiting area and about an hour later my truck was done. Oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. When a decision or agreement is already in place, your financial manager Elvira should not change anything and not explain things properly, especially if she doesn’t know what was discussed and explain prior. And she should never tell a customer that “I don’t sell to customers without the warranty.” If that’s not something that I want, those words should not have came out her mouth after saying no more than once.The advertisement are not honored unless you walk out then all of a sudden we can honor the advertisement that is on your website. Then things were added and the cash walkout price that was agreed on was one amount but After looking at the paperwork, it was $10k more than that. Then when you asking questions and trying to get clarification they give you the runaround. I will never come back again or recommend anyone. After being there 6 hours, My whole experience as a first time buyer has been a disappointment and a disaster.

Once again, all I can say is that the customer service is excellent. I didn't have an appointment for my oil change, but my service advisor still managed to get me in and out quickly. The customer representative is always busy when I go, but she always acknowledges me and keeps her word that she will be with me, and she does it with a smile. One thing I've noticed is that when changing the oil and doing tire rotations, they might need to use an old-school air gauge, as my tire air pressure has never been correct. Last time, the pressure on all the tires was 39 PSA. This time, one of the PSAs was 32, and the others were 38. The most concerning is the 32, as that might signify a slow leak and not just a change in the weather. Once again, I want to acknowledge the manager. I wish I could remember his name. We went in new to the EV world to take a look at the blazer and equinox Mark met us in the parking lot was super friendly. Explained some of the differences between the two vehicles and some of the features he then took us for a test drive in the blazer EV. We told him that we had plans to look at all the competitors EVS as we are new to the market and if we settled, we’d be back. Mark was was not pushy and welcomed us to go shop the market and let them know if we needed anything. Ultimately, we settled on the blazer, EV and contacted Mark. Mark was super accommodating due to a busy schedule on my end. He ran most of the numbers and shopped the vehicles in the color selection and features that we are looking for and came back with multiple options. Once we settled on the vehicle that we wanted, Mark took very good care of us. I truly appreciated when Mark was unsure about something. He leaned on his coworkers, asking them questions, knowing that they’ve been through the process before. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back for our next new car purchase.

First of all, my service rep Tina was amazing. I got a positive and honest vibe from her. She was upfront about what was needed and I’m only going to schedule with her from now on. Second, when it was time to pay Ms. Mary asked if I had points. Points? No one has ever asked me that. So, I pulled up the forgotten Chevy app I never look at. I had to reset a password but, lo and behold, I had 29,000 points equaling $290. I only had to pay $81. I could’ve kissed Ms Mary. This sweet, personable woman saved me so much money. I have to say this was the most positive experience I’ve ever had at any dealership!

Rim was damaged during service on 11/1/2025. The damage was not noticed until November 2, 2025. We called the service department and were asked to come in to show damage and watch a video of the vehicle being serviced that was very grainy, we were told there’s no way the damage could have been done there when there are no scuff marks or damage to the tire. We are completely dissatisfied after paying $125 for an oil change to have my room damaged. Definitely won’t be buying any more vehicles from Bayway Chevrolet or having our vehicle serviced there again and will be letting everyone we know as well.

My truck was there for a month and I had to rent cars and take Ubers everywhere. Out of pockets were ridiculous. I think yall should have loaners for customers who's car had extensive repairs. So I went in to purchase the vehicle I saw with great discounts on it. I got the right sale price but when it came time to make a deal and the salesman brought the paperwork to the desk I was looking it over and after taxes and "add ons" they claim the price was 15 thousand over the sale price. I began to look over what they claimed were add on's and and the price of the add on's came to 5 thousand bucks. I've been around for quite a while and buy a lot of things like the things they're trying to up sale me. The real price of these add on's came out to approximately 400 bucks. So we haggle for over 2 hours back and forth about all these little things. We finally agreed on a deal but it shouldn't have taken that long especially when I told them what my bottom line monthly payment was. On the other hand they were very friendly and appreciated my business. I know they try to make as much as possible but when your customers have the price in mind don't give such a big run around. Either you can make their deal or you can't and stop wasting people's time.

I had an oil change appointment for 2:00 PM and arrived early at 1:00 PM. The woman who assisted me at check-in was extremely nice, professional, and very helpful. I did not get her name, but she made the process smooth and comfortable. The oil change itself was quick and efficient. I truly appreciate her level of customer service—especially as a woman coming in for vehicle service, which can sometimes be intimidating. She made the entire experience much easier. Unfortunately, I did encounter an issue with another staff member. While she was helping me, she informed a male employee that I was her appointment. He immediately walked out the door, saying he was going on lunch and wouldn’t return until a later time. He also joked that he was going to get a tattoo. Even though I arrived early and had no issue waiting, his behavior came across as careless and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or communication would have made a big difference. Overall, I want to give full credit to the woman who assisted me—her service was excellent. The level of service I received was unacceptable. The service advisor seemed like he had no idea I had an appointment when I arrived even though he was the individual that booked it. It’s not clear to me how you run out of recall parts for corvettes but I was informed the part wasn’t available hours after arriving rather than being told upon arrival. The advisor should’ve known that the part wasn’t in stock and rescheduled the appointment. Lastly, even though the body shop got my car in unscheduled, they did nothing to protect the interior of my vehicle and left finger smudges on the windows and the interior lining of the vehicle. I should’ve known better than to purchase a Chevrolet. The service matches the build quality. I only have to get burned once to learn though, so this will be my last purchase of a GM product.

I do not remember having service on December 1, but I did have service right before Thanksgiving or right after!! my check engine light kept coming on and my key fob would not work with auto start. The service I receive from the automotive department is always good. The staff is very courteous. They assist, offer what’s available in options as far as a loaner car and they always give continuous updates on my vehicle, I don’t have any complaints about the service department. Never have!!! every time I go I’m treated as a top priority, which is really good. I probably will continue to purchase all my future vehicles from Bayway because I do not have any complaints.

I first spoke with Rafael Bradley about what I was looking for and he connected me with Justin Brown to take care of it. Justin found the truck that checked all my boxes, and he delivered. I couldn’t have asked for more. The service he provided was phenomenal, prompt, and polite. On the day of my arrival, Justin had every detail down to the T. He offered solutions without pushing a product, which allowed me to decide without pressure. I hope that everyone can enjoy the car purchasing experience I felt, no matter where they go. Coming into the process, my nerves were high, but he set my mind at ease with a simple handshake and smile as if we had been old high school buddies. When I moved on to the finance portion of the transaction I was a bit uneased going in but then Elvira quickly proved those thoughts to be false. The most delightful person I’ve ever done business with. Elvira made the purchase work, and even made the upsale seem like it was my idea…I’m glad she did.

What a great experience. My wife purchased a Blazer back in January, so we came back to get me a truck. The staff is so friendly and works very hard to get the deal done. It was amazing! My experience with Dom was phenomenal. I am so grateful that I called and walked into the dealership. I am a single mom who was struggling trying to pay an expensive car note and they saved my life. Honestly, it may seem a little dramatic but when you are tired and stressed and just need a break having that break given to you and someone who is nice enough to work and care for you is just simply amazing and I will forever be grateful for them because this is really the start of a new life.
